Meet the Team
Julie has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, including leadership development, organization effectiveness, change management, strategic communications, stakeholder management and business process improvement. She has spent most of her professional career working with Fortune 500 companies to design and execute global business transformation strategies with an eye toward productivity and profits. Julie is an award-winning change-management professional and an accomplished speaker with a bachelor’s degree in technology management and an executive master’s degree in organization development.
Tammie has more than 25 years of global experience serving clients in virtually every industry. Before her work with ISG and TracePoint Consulting, she spent 15 years with Accenture, obtaining the level of senior executive. Tammie’s areas of expertise include organizational transformation, organizational design, post-merger integration, executive engagement, communications, culture change, talent management and training and leadership development. She obtained her Ph.D. in strategic management and served as an assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma. Tammie has also taught as adjunct faculty for the University of Georgia, Georgia State University and Emory University. She has published numerous articles and presented at industry conferences across the United States and Europe.
Meredith brings deep global experience from more than 50 organizational change management engagements with companies of all sizes. She is an award-winning professional driven to realize clear value for customer transformation efforts through the use of change management, education and communications. Her work in IT operations, customer service, and sales provide a background used in administrative and operational oversight, management of cash flow, sales cycle support and delivery oversight. She also provides OCM and end-user training delivery services directly to key clients. Bilow has a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as certifications in team building, leading through facilitation, and strategic thinking and planning.
Craig has brokered shared services ITO/BPO deals of $400M to more than $1B. His background in process redesign, vendor governance and performance optimization provides a unique blend of operational, transformational and vendor management (VM) expertise giving him a strategic perspective on outsourcing effectiveness.
Business Development Executive
Chase is an executive with deep experience in training, business transformation, and organizational change management across 30+ projects. In this timeframe he has specialized in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and End User Adoption (EUA) strategy and execution by being successful in both sales and delivery. He is energetic, entrepreneurial and a self-starter that is currently the Infor Channel Lead and manages all of the ISG OCM and EUA business in North America brought on through our Infor partnership.
