Partner and Global Leader, ISG Managed Services
Lois is a recognized expert in the field of Service Management and Governance. As Partner and Global Leader of ISG’s Managed Services Practice, she drives innovation and industry leading practices in the area of service integration, operational effectiveness and operating model transformation. She brings more than 25 years of experience in IT operations transformation to her work with such ISG clients as Abbott, CNA, Excelon, Loblaw, Monsanto, Pitney Bowes and United Technologies.
Dave develops and delivers all aspects of the services ISG provides to some of the largest consumer products companies in the world, including Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Walgreens and PepsiCo. Dave and his team of consultants create strategies and service delivery plans and provide transition and transformation services and ongoing organizational and operational support. During his tenure at ISG, Dave has been involved in several large information technology assessments and sourcing transactions that have resulted in efficient restructurings, lower IT costs and improved service quality.
Rajesh has more than 29 years of extensive experience with global and Indian enterprises in global delivery, business development support, setting up and running Centers of Excellence and setting up offshore development centers. At ISG, Rajesh works with organizations to understand their business needs, identify the governance processes that best fits the needs and work with various stakeholders to increase operational efficiency. Prior to joining ISG, Rajesh managed important relationship for a large service provider, worked with startups in Bangalore and established business relationships with state government offices. He has completed COBIT 5 Foundation certification from ISACA.
Tina has more than 25 years of experience helping global enterprises make smart IT outsourcing and governance decisions. Tina’s team designs and implements Governance Managed Services and technology platform solutions to help companies reduce risk, cost and value leakage and improve processes that help achieve maximum value from their contracts and providers. Prior to ISG, Tina worked at Siemens IT Solutions and Services where she served as Vice President of the Financial Services sector where she was responsible for a 6-00-person global sales and delivery team managing $120 million in annual revenue.
Kashyap offers 14+ years of experience in outsourcing, management consulting and program management. Kashyap works with leaders in the energy, banking, gas and electric and manufacturing industries in creating sustainable solution to design Vendor Management, Supplier relationship management, and Governance including technology deployment and integration. Kashyap has been with ISG for over 4 years. Prior to ISG, Kashyap had Account Management & Program responsibilities at Accenture and experience in transition, consulting and other roles with Infosys & IBM earlier. He has led numerous transformation, implementation and Program across globe over 8 years.
Mary is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in global sourcing management, strategic relations management, IT global program management, IT application development and finance. She works directly with organizations to help them define governance structures for their outsourcing relationships and manage large cross-functional teams in global multi-site environments. Prior to joining ISG, Mary was the Director of Global HR and Financial Systems at Staples, Inc. and was responsible for evolving labor strategies to leverage global resources and leading enterprise-wide implementations. Instrumental in the development and implementation of Staple’s Governance Management Office, Mary was responsible for managing the offshore service portfolio of the global IT business units.
Pauline has nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of managed services, working for clients in Australia, the Asia Pacific region and worldwide in industries including financial services, airlines, automotive, manufacturing and federal and state governments. At ISG, she delivers governance services from her base in Australia, including financial analysis and management of contracts, invoices, service levels and supplier relationships, and she successfully implemented an IT cost transparency tool that allows clients to better understand their IT costs and services.
Tanja Kruse-Jones works for ISG’s global Service Management and Integration (SIAM) practice, which provides solutions to the cross-provider challenges executives increasingly face as they attempt to manage complex integrated multi-sourced services. Tanja´s focus area of expertise is centered on Target Operating Model, governance, process and organizational design, skill management and performance management. Tanja has supported many client organizations in optimizing their organizational set up and IT service management processes to improve client satisfaction, achieve operational excellence and deliver tangible business value. Tanja´s special expertise lies in integrating the people-aspect in transformation initiatives to achieve sustainable results.
David offers over 25 years of experience in information technology outsourcing with extensive experience in vendor management, change management advisory services. David has provided outsourcing advisory services for a number of clients supporting RFP development, provider selection retained organization design, vendor governance and obligation management. David has been with ISG for over 6 years. Prior to ISG, David had Account Management responsibilities at EDS and was a Business Process Reengineering consultant at A.T. Kearney. David has extensive international ITO experience and spent more than 11 years in Asia where he led numerous business transformation and IT transition projects.
