Dave develops and delivers all aspects of the services ISG provides to some of the largest consumer products companies in the world, including Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Walgreens and PepsiCo. Dave and his team of consultants create strategies and service delivery plans and provide transition and transformation services and ongoing organizational and operational support. During his tenure at ISG, Dave has been involved in several large information technology assessments and sourcing transactions that have resulted in efficient restructurings, lower IT costs and improved service quality.
For more than 20 years, Michelle has built an award-winning career in sales and marketing and project management. She has established the largest Project Management Office (PMO) client to date at ISG and leads a diverse team of professionals to handle integrated high-profile initiatives. Her clients benefit from her hands-on experience in customer relations management (CRM), database operations, product development, launch and training support and multi-channel consumer communications.
Chris brings to bear expertise in a wide variety of technologies and business systems while introducing the benefits of a Project Management Office (PMO) to ISG’s clients. He has more than 30 years of experience consulting, managing programs and projects, and leading systems development efforts. He is able to quickly assess client’s needs, advise the best approach for success, suggest tools to use and implement those recommendations. His work has spanned manufacturing, sales, marketing, engineering, and finance applications.
Michelle Baker is a Senior Consultant in ISG’s Governance Services organization. Her corporate background includes the healthcare, automotive, utility, and advertising industries. She is an experienced PMP credentialed Project Manager, with 15 years of professional experience. She understands both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. She pays attention to the big picture of business strategy even during the tactical phases of project execution.
