Kapil leads ISG’s Research operations in India. He provides research consulting, oversees the delivery of research workshops and works with the ISG leadership team to ensure ISG maintains a high-caliber research organization. Before joining the research team, Kapil helped organizations define their sourcing strategies, outsource their IT infrastructure and services, define service-level agreements and contract constructs, and implement offshore and shared delivery models. Known for bringing a balanced perspective to the negotiation table, Kapil enabled enterprises take positions that helped them achieve win-win outcomes. He also performed contract reviews and negotiations and helped enterprises define their retained governance organization’s post outsourcing.
Partner and Chief Research Officer
Paul Reynolds leads Momentum, a division of ISG that provides research services to help service providers better target, win and retain business. Paul has 25 years of market research experience with specific expertise in methodology development, data analytics and research process design. Having found many service providers’ Advisor Relations functions to lack appropriate analytics, Paul is working to develop innovative new approaches that allow for data-driven programs based on the unique needs of each client. His approach benefits Advisor Relations, go-to-market functions, sales, strategy, marketing, and market/competitive intelligence teams.
Senior Research Manager
Amit has close to 14 years of experience in research and strategy across various industries and geographies. He specializes in building research for service providers that help them manage projects to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency. For Momentum Research, Amit leads the overall delivery of reports, data and workshops and is responsible for the market data and provides meaningful insights and information to clients through secondary and primary research. He focuses on building relationships with various stakeholders, managing and motivating teams and driving various organization-wide initiatives like corporate social responsibility efforts and knowledge-sharing sessions. Amit has led location-assessment studies, market-sizing analyses, go-to-market strategies, insourcing versus outsourcing comparisons, account planning, industry trend analyses and perception studies.
Patrick has been a sales leader in the digital infrastructure technology and market research services fields for 20 years. He is responsible for directing the global Momentum sales team to leverage ISG research subscription and IT advisory consulting services to drive new logos while fostering collaborative, strong, long-term service provider relationships with existing clients across the sourcing lifecycle. Client relations and pursuits range from senior company strategists to product directors to sales and marketing leaders.
Associate Director of Research Services
With more than 15 years in research management and account development, John shares with clients his expertise in primary research, marketing analytics, research management, consumer technology and IT. He created and leads the Momentum workshop program and launched a Client Service Representative team to ensure that Momentum clients reap maximum value for their subscriptions. His considerable project management experience coupled with his extensive work on large-scale research projects equips him with a comprehensive perspective on clients’ challenges. John is a co-inventor on a number of software patents relating to transactional data management within the consumer technology space.
Brijesh Sheregar is a Research Manager, currently leading publication of Momentum® Market Trends and Insights Reports. He also supports multiple client requests for case study development, company assessments and location evaluations. His ability to detect actionable insights helps clients understand and prepare for implications of the latest market trends. Brijesh brings more than 10 years of diverse experience in market intelligence and corporate strategy. He holds accreditations in Business Management, Corporate Strategy and Mechanical Engineering.
Gaurav Sanghvi leads the team that delivers Momentum® Workshops, helping service provider clients develop short and long-term strategy plans. He has led multiple research-based client engagements that have included location-assessment studies, market-sizing analysis, go-to-market strategies, account planning, industry trend analysis, perception studies and customized workshops. He helps service provider clients understand insourcing and outsourcing trends in the market so they can make more informed decisions. Prior to joining ISG, he has 10 years of industry experience with HP and Genpact in strategy consulting and research.
